"I really like having Pilates with Leslie. For me it is a really nice training because I'm a figure skater and I need my core strength, flexibility and my mobility. Those are super important for my sport and Leslie helps me keep up a good form with my pilates classes.
Leslie is also a great teacher. She describes every part of a move so even if you are not completely seeing her, you know exactly what to do. She also listens to you. If you not feeling right for some reason or if you have some injuries or weakness, she listens, adapts and takes care of the situation. For me, that's what makes her a great teacher.
She made me discover the very fun sport which is pilates and I'm glad she is a part of my success in my skating career."

"I started Pilates about a year ago and it has since then been my favourite office activity. Pilates works and stretches my muscles at the same time keeping them long and lean as well as strong. This has helped me a lot to control lines and movement while I'm skating. It has also helped me become more aware of my core strength which greatly improved my balance and stability both on and off the ice.
